Products Provided
If a product is unavailable it will be replaced with a product of equal quality and value.
Damaged Goods
If any goods are damaged during shipment, please make a replacement claim within 3 days for replacement products to be provided.
If a product cannot be replaced by either being not in stock or out of the delivery timeframe a cheque or direct deposit will follow for the amount of the item.
