Q. Can i have a gift send anywhere in Australia?
A. Yes, we have many shipping options available. We can even do same day delivery interstate.
Q. Can I send a gift overseas?
A. Due to the nature of our gifts, being foods and other perishables. You can not currently send gifts overseas.
Q. I am the person in charge of purchasing gifts for our businesses customers, do you do corporate branding on your gifts?
A. Yes, in fact that is one of our main points of difference. You can have your own branded wine included, some sales material, you name it we can accomodate your needs and customise the gift for your purpose.
Also all gifts will go out with one of your business cards, if you have supplied some to us.
Q. What if the recipient is not home upon the hampers delivery?
A. Should the recipient not be home when your delivery is made, the following may occur:
The hamper will be left at the recipient’s front or back door, if:
a) Requested to do so by the sender; or
b) If our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so
or
We will attempt to contact either the sender and/or recipient to determine the best course of action.
Q. What happens if I supply the wrong address for the hamper?
A. Please be careful when providing delivery details. The more information you can provide the better! If an incorrect address has been supplied, a redirection or redelivery fee of up to $15AUD will apply and the time of delivery to the correct address will be dependent on the time of day we receive the correct information.
Q. I was the lucky recipient of one of your fantastic hampers, and while i enjoyed all items, there were a few favourites that i cannot find in the supermarkets, do you sell items individually?
A. Yes of course, all items you receive are available for individual re-order. We purposely do not put (unless requested by you) any produts you will find in the supermarket, this helpse to make the gift that much more special for your recipient.
